1. Service Bookings
All bookings made through our online platform are subject to availability and confirmation. Ringacleaner reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request.
2. Payments
Payment for services must be made prior to the cleaner’s arrival or, at the latest, upon completion of the service. Failure to provide payment within this timeframe may result in the suspension of future bookings.
3. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the booked service.
4. Amendments to Policy
